Cooking Classes
The classes listed below will be taught in the Fireside Room at the Chandelier Ballroom. The intimate atmosphere provides the perfect setting for teaching. Each class will focus on an upcoming holiday or celebration and begin with a festive beverage. After samples of the beverage are distributed to each class member, I will then demonstrate how to prepare the remaining dishes. I will be cooking a variety of appetizers, entrees, side dishes and desserts. The recipes will focus on items which are perfect for entertaining! Copies of the recipes will be distributed during each class for you to follow along. After each dish is completed, samples will be passed out for participants to try. From time to time, I may ask for a volunteer from the audience to help me finish prepping a dish. We will have music playing in the background and you will be able to purchase wine to enjoy during the class if you wish. The classes will be laid back, fun and perfect to attend with your significant other, a group of friends, family or co-workers!
