16 OZ CREAM CHEESE, softened
1 C SOUR CREAM
2 T FRESH LEMON JUICE
2 T FRESH DILL, minced
2 t HORSERADISH
1/2 t GARLIC POWDER
1/2 t ONION POWDER
8 OZ SMOKED FISH, salmon or whitefish
KOSHER SALT & FRESH CRACKED PEPPER, to taste
Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, horseradish, garlic and onion powder in a large bowl with a hand mixer until incorporated. Break apart the fish with your fingers, ensuring there are no bones. Add the fish to the cream cheese mixture and combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate overnight and serve with crackers or vegetables.
