1/2 T DIJON MUSTARD
1/3 C OLIVE OIL
KOSHER SALT & FRESH CRACKED PEPPER, to taste
Place all of the ingredients in a Tupperware container and cover tightly. Shake vigorously until the vinaigrette emulsifies and looks ‘cloudy.’ Season generously with salt and pepper.
