5 C RICE CHEX CEREAL
10 OZ GHIRADELLI WHITE CHOCOLATE MELTING WAFERS
3 OZ LIME JELLO POWDER
1 C POWDERED SUGAR
1 ½ C GOLDEN GRAHAMS CEREAL
LIME ZEST, garnish
Place the rice chex in a large bowl. Melt the white chocolate wafers in a microwave and pour the melted chocolate atop the cereal and toss gently. Place the jello powder and powdered sugar in a large ziplock bag. Pour the chocolate covered rice chex into the ziplock bag and shake gently, ensuring all of the rice chex gets coated with the jello powder and powdered sugar. Empty the bag onto a sheet pan covered with parchment paper so that the chocolate can set. Sprinkle the Golden Grahams atop and toss to combine. Place in a bowl and garnish with lime zest!
