FIG SIDECAR
2 PARTS BRANDY (OR YOU COULD USE COGNAC AS WELL)
1 PART FIG SIMPLE SYRUP
½ PART FRESH LEMON JUICE
1 PIECE ORANGE PEEL, GARNISH (peel just the outside of the orange with as little of the white as possible, then twist the peel over the drink to release the oils)
1 SPRIG FRESH ROSEMARY, GARNISH
IN A SMALL ROCKS GLASS, ADD ONE LARGE CUBE OF ICE. POUR THE BRANDY, FIG SIMPLE SYRUP AND LEMON JUICE OVER THE ICE AND STIR. GARNISH WITH ORANGE PEEL & ROSEMARY.

- 1 CUP SUGAR
- 1 CUP WATER
