3 T OLIVE OIL
1, 11 OZ BAGUETTE, cut on a bias into 25 slices
½ # BLUE CHEESE, sliced
2 RED PEARS, sliced
3 T HONEY
1 1/2 T CHIVES, minced, garnish
FRESH CRACKED BLACK PEPPER, garnish
Place sliced baguette on a rimmed baking sheet and drizzle with 3 T olive oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown on the bottom of the baguette slices. Turn the slices over to reveal the golden brown color and add the blue cheese slices. Top with a slice or two of red pear, pressing slightly. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chives. Garnish with fresh cracked black pepper. Transfer to a platter and serve.
