FRESH GROUND BLACK PEPPER, evenly ground atop
¼ t WHITE SESAME SEEDS
¼ + 1/8 t BLACK SESAME SEEDS
¾ t ORANGE ZEST
Slowly melt the white chocolate in a heat resistant glass bowl set over a pot of simmering water. Transfer the white chocolate to a sheet of parchment paper and using an offset spatula, spread into a 5x7” shape. Sprinkle the salt, pepper, sesame seeds and orange zest atop the melted chocolate and let set. Break the bark into pieces and enjoy.
