BABY BURGER BAR
Makes 16 baby burgers
2 ½ # GROUND CHUCK
16 MINI PRETZEL BUNS
KOSHER SALT & FRESH BLACK PEPPER, to taste
ASSORTED TOPPINGS
Fill a 1/3 cup measuring cup with ground chuck. Form the meat into a small hamburger patty. Repeat until you have formed 16 baby burgers. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Preheat a grill pan over high heat, or use your outdoor grill and grill the burgers to your desired doneness. I grilled them indoors on my grill pan for 4 minutes on the first side, then flipped them and grilled them for an additional 3 minutes. Let the burgers rest for five minutes so the juices can redistribute. While the burgers are resting, this is the perfect time to toast the buns on the grill. Top your baby burger with whatever you desire to build your own creation!
